Carers Trust is inviting suitable applicants to tender for the opportunity to design Carers Trust Learning & Development (L&D) offer that includes:
- The development of a tailored Leadership Development programme for its senior team based on the needs of the current cohort.
- The design and implementation of a tailored Leadership Development programme.
- The design and development of a values-based core L&D curriculum for Managers and aspiring Managers.

We partner with our network of local carer organisations to provide funding and support, deliver innovative and evidence-based programmes, and raise awareness & influence policy.
