The Young Carers Futures Conference brings together professionals from across the UK for a day dedicated to improving outcomes for young carers and young adult carers.
After a sold-out debut in 2023, the Young Carers Futures Conference returns for its second year - bigger, bolder, and more impactful than ever.
The conference is hosted by Carers Trust, the UK’s leading infrastructure charity for organisations supporting carers, and run by the Young Carers Alliance, a growing network of over 200 organisations and 1,000 individuals committed to transforming the lives of young carers.
