Time Away From Caring: Good Practice in Carer Breaks
Carers Trust developed this report and resources as part of the Health and Wellbeing Alliance, alongside Carers UK. The project, supported by the Department of Health and Social Care, looked at good practice in delivering carer breaks and using these good practice examples, in depth interviews with experts, developed Top Tips for commissioners and providers.

Carers Trust Wales have launched a new series of resources, to help GP and primary care staff to identify and support older carers.
The resources consist of a leaflet, a contact card, and a poster, all of which are available both digitally and as printable resources.

This toolkit for young carer and young adult carer services shares learning from Carers Trust’s My Mental Health project. It has information, guidance and best practice on amplifying the voices of young carers and young adult carers and providing more opportunities for their input into mental health support.
