Working for Carers is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund. The first phase of the project ran from October 2016 and September 2019 and was evaluated by Ecorys.

This guide is aimed at acute hospital wards and services where a person with dementia may be admitted but their dementia is not the reason for their admission.
