A carer is anyone who provides unpaid support to a family member or friend (regardless of the person's age or condition), who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support.
We can work with you to help you find the information you need to care for someone and can inform you about other services to help you to look after yourself and the person you care for.
Our main Centre base is on Shields Road in Byker,Newcastle upon Tyne, and here we provide a range of information and support services. We also provide a range of services around Newcastle city, including the areas of Gosforth, Lemington, and the West End of Newcastle.
