Carers Trust operates the largest UK-wide network of local carer organisations. We refer to the 126 carer organisations in our network as Network Partners. Network Partners specialise in promoting the wellbeing of unpaid carers and providing them with information, advice and support specific to their city or region.
We bring together over 120 local carer organisations into the UK’s largest network of support services for unpaid carers. We work collaboratively to transform the lives of unpaid carers. Network Partners can access grants for carers, peer-to-peer support and the sharing of best practice and innovation, so together we can improve the lives of unpaid carers.
For us it’s about being connected to a national network of other organisations who are working through similar challenges and problems but often tackling them in different ways. Being part of that network enables you to share those issues openly with one another, gain learnings and feel like you’re not alone in those issues you’re facing.Chris Stelling, Chief Executive Officer for Carers in Bedfordshire
Being part of a national network that collaborates and shares information on the challenges we face as well as the really good stuff that we do means there’s a real opportunity to influence government, policy and local authorities. The network offers access to funding, lots of resources and opportunities to do some joint work.Jacqui Finn, Deputy CEO of TuVida
