Carers Trust Scotland along with the National Carer Organisations have produced a draft framework for national eligibility thresholds. This is designed to set out the circumstances in which carers would have a right to a service under the proposals in the Carers (Scotland) Bill.

Having a national framework operating across Scotland would ensure that there is consistency in the circumstances in which carers have an entitlement to support.

We are seeking views on this framework from carers and people employed to support carers.

To give us your views on the framework, you can complete a short survey here or before 31 August.
