Fundraising for Carers Trust

There are many ways you can fundraise in memory of a loved one. You could invite people to make a donation in celebration of a birthday, organise a cake sale, or take part in a sporting event.

The Peter Westropp Memorial Trust was set up in 2012 by family and friends in memory of Peter Westropp. The trust chose to support unpaid carers as they felt it reflects Peter’s desire to include anyone who felt that they were on the periphery of any given situation and make them feel like a valued and important part of their social surroundings. The large network of family and friends of Peter raise money through a range of events throughout the year. To date, Peter's friends and family have raised over £189,000 to support unpaid carers.
