Short Breaks Fund Evaluation Tender
Carers Trust Wales are the national coordinating body for a new grant programme, the Short Breaks Scheme, which will fund projects which deliver short breaks for and to carers across Wales. The scheme has been funded by the Welsh Government and the ambition is that 30,000 carers will have benefitted from a short break at the end of the funding period.
Carers Trust Wales want to know what the impact of this is on carers and are inviting evaluation teams to bid for the delivery of an external independent evaluation of the new Scheme.
