Director of Network & Innovation
The new role of Director of Network & Innovation builds on the achievements of over a decade of network development at Carers Trust. In 2021-22, our network supported over 123 members, who in turn supported over 925,000 unpaid carers. The need for this expanded brief has arisen as we embark on our 2022-25 strategy, building a Caring Society, where we aspire for a step change in our Partnership for Growth vision. This includes:
- Supporting at least 1.5 million carers by 2025, with a focus on increased take-up of support from under-represented carers
- Extending our local network from 78% coverage to 100% coverage of all UK local and health authorities.
- A commitment to developing innovation partnerships to design local solutions, but deliver at a UK-wide scale.
- A sharper focus on business development and sustainability of impact
We are looking for an experienced membership development professional from any sector, that can apply their fresh perspective and expertise, in a sensitive and intelligent manner to the UK's largest infrastructure organisation for carer organisations.
