Network Digital Products Lead role

The Network Digital Products Lead will be a new and important operational role at Carers Trust, project managing the build and roll-out of the of the Virtual Carers Centre, a key Network Innovation Product as part of our 2022-2025 strategy, Building a Caring Society.

The role will be a first point of contact for local carer organisations in our network, in the provision of high quality after-care support, and will be proactive in identifying effective ways to support the network, and improve the digital experience for carers and carer organisations.

The role will also support the further development of the Knowledge Hub, the online platform providing organisational development support and resources to Network Partners.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in project management of digital projects, and is able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences to deliver high quality customer experience.

The post is based in the Programmes, Policy and Impact Directorate as part of the Network Development team, reporting into the UK Director of Network & Innovation. This team works to harness,support and facilitate the collective power of Carers Trust’s organisational networks.
