A snapshot survey released by Carers Trust today, reveals a high proportion of infant young carers are regularly suffering from broken sleep in order to look after unwell family members.
We welcomed details of The Care and Support Bill, including the creation of new duties to assess and meet the needs of adult carers.
Young adult carers often find it difficult to juggle caring with school college or work. So Carers Trust is working with The University of Nottingham to find out what helps.
The figure has been achieved less than three months after the launch of our Charity of the Year partnership with The Co-operative.
What is Carers Allowance?
