If you have a complaint about a product or service you should tell the shop or company that you bought it from. You need to explain what you would like them to do to resolve the problem.
If your complaint has not been resolved quickly (normally within eight weeks), you can take your complaint to Ombudsman Services.
Ombudsman Services is a not-for-profit private company which provides independent, impartial and free dispute resolution. It runs government approved redress schemes in the energy, communications and property sectors and takes all complaints apart from health and financial ones.
