You don't need to be able to drive to apply for a Blue Badge, unless you're applying because of problems with your arms.
Where can you park with a Blue Badge?
The Blue Badge scheme runs throughout the UK and allows you to park in restricted areas such as on single or double yellow lines (time limits may vary). However, the rules about where you can park vary from place to place.
You can also use a Blue Badge in many countries abroad.
