Our Impact Report in 2023/24
Throughout 2023 and 2024, we connected with 1.1 million carers across the UK, supported by our network of 130 local carer centres, which serve four out of five local authority areas nationwide.

In the year ending March 2023, Carers Trust awarded £3.8m+ in grants, the number of unpaid carers registered with our Network Partners grew to over 1 million and 86% said their quality of life improved.

Our Consolidated Financial Statements for year ended 31 March 2022 includes our Trustees’ Report and introduction from the Chair of Trustees. The Trustees’ Report looks at the impact and breadth of our work in 2021/2022.
The five year strategy set out in 2016 remained a core part of our work in 2020/2021. Our Impact Report highlights the difference we have made for unpaid carers in 2020/2021 by supporting the development of solutions for unpaid carers, working with our Network to develop transformational programmes as well as influencing and awareness raising.
