Help please with right to request

Hi

Im sadly about to go to tribunal with my employer. In a nutshell I have asked to transfer from office A to office B as Office A is closer to home and the working patterns and time off etc would make my caring life alot easier. However....under the RTR legislation my employer states my only options would be to work from home or the office, not a change of office!

I am trying to gather some evidence for my tribunal of organisations that would consider an office transfer as being a logical and acceptable request. I have found a couple such as

but would ideally like more or would love to hear from anyone who has transferred from office, base, depot etc to another one.
