Hello Kate

I can't believe the bad luck etc you are having right now......Do you rent from a housing association? The boiler is a priority and as Ian is disabled it should be done immediately. I have had to make several phone calls to get work done in the past but persistance and reminding them that you have a disabled person in the property normally works for me. I find the system from my experience to be long winded and very frustrating. I think it's so wrong that your expected to sleep on the sofa - you shouldn't have to live like that. I hope you get everything sorted soon and take care of yourself.

thanks debs and jason

i had tried the disabled bit regarding my boiler and was told it would get done when they could get the part... didnt make any difference about having disabled husband. Cursing emoticon

i rent from the local council.

as for getting the forms i would do that if my lovely little lad (not!) had not lost the lead to connect the laptop to the printer!!!!!. Angry emoticon Angry emoticon

im really not having much luck right now at all. i just cant seem to think of any way rout of it - well i have but ... Crying emoticon

Kate, can you print the forms off at your local library- they often have internet etc, if you can get away for a bit?
you are priority and need to keep chasing them up every day (til they get sick of you...)
