A little news on the stairlift.

Have been informed that there will be nothing to pay on it so now it is just a matter of things falling into place with the local council.

Was told that it could take up to 6 months but is nowhere near that in getting it installed. They have to say this as the council are given the period of 6 months to do it in.

Great News
Just today received confirmation that we have got the grant to get the stairlift fitted.
Just need to receive the paperwork from Social Services for Joyce to sign then we will get the date of installation.
Hopefully this will come over the next day or so and can have the stairlift installed within the next week.

When it's installed it will be one less thing for you to have to worry about.
