Adult ADHD support group

After much anger and frustration at the lack of facillities and support for this dibillitating condition here in Swansea. I have decided to set up a support group especifically for adults with ADHD. and their families. I'm not sure how it will work or what it will entail but someone has to do something and i've spent to long whinging on about feeling unsupported and letting my frustrations turn inward. Time for action i think. I have a meeting tomorrow with a nice lady from the voluntry services who is going to help me get set on the right path to forming the support group.. so wish me luck.
If there are any carers or family of adults with adhd who are reading this, especially in the S. Wales area and would like to get in touch, i'd love to hear from you.. I need to know how much of a call for this group in this area there is.

Don't know if you want to contact COAST which is a support group in North Tyneside supporting parent/carers of children with ADHD. You can contact them by emailing North Tyneside carers centre the email is available on this website on the Carers Centre link or google north tyneside carers centre and you will find it there.
The member of staff who supports this group which has been set up by parent/carers will be more than happy to give you any advice on setting up a group for supporting those with ADHD or will try their best to answer any questions you may have about setting up a group to support parent/carers of those with ADHD.
I know North Tyneside is some distance away but it's only a click away on your computer there lol
