Hello to all parent/carers of children living in the North East of England
For any parent/carer living in the North East of England I would like to draw your attention to a database which has been developing over a number of years now.
We are always asking questions about why aren't the services available where we live. If the information is available on this database the professionals have no excuse for finding out where to place services. That is just one of the many benefits of having your information on the database.
The database is on a stand alone computer which has no connection to the internet also personal details such as address/DOB/names. The data is available in statisic form and if events or information needs to be passed on it is passed through daslne so the organisation or the individual who provides the information does not have access to your details.
sounds so simple does ain't it to get information collected and then there is no excuse for data not being there to benefit our children
Details are on the website:
If you know of anyone who would benefit from this information please pass it on
thanks

Wed 16 Jul 2008 16:16Whoops forgot to complete the sentence when I said personal details such as address/DOB/names these are confidential and no one gets this information. This information is used for statistic purposes and also so that Daslne can contact you about events and information which relates to ASD
